Our Discipleship Strategy Explained

His People Kimberley have a church-based discipleship strategy.

Our Impact Zone Factors

These are the factors that will produce the greatest results if we focus on them. If we concentrate on working on our IMPACT ZONE FACTORS, we will our fulfill our mission and move to see our vision fulfilled.

There are three Impact Zone Factors

  1. Our Mission Focus Area
  2. The Power
  3. The Form

Our Mission Focus Area

Our Mission Focus Area is what we need to focus on all the time if we want to be a success. Our Mission Focus Area is DISCIPLESHIP. If we want to be successful we need to focus on one thing, discipleship. Discipleship is a process made up by four stages. (1) Evangelism, (2) establishing new believers, (3) equipping them, and (4) expanding or empowering them.

The Power

We need both the POWER and the FORM if we want to make an impact in people’s lives. It is the power that transform people’s lives. There are two factors that changes people. The Holy Spirit and the Word of God. The power is activated by prayer, meditating, preaching, and acting on the word of God.

The Form

The form is the structure or method that we use. There are two vehicles that we primarily use to make discipleship. The Outreach Cells (Connect Groups / Small Groups) and the Discipleship Cells (Leadership Cells). The Outreach Cells eexist to grow the church. The Outreach Cells exist to reach the lost and to lay spiritual foundations in the lives of believers. The Discipleship Cell exist to grow the leader.
